HOW IT WORKS
For Employees:
Step 1 - Fill out the Candidate Worksheet Form identifying yourself, your qualifications, the type of position(s) you are interested in, desired pay rate and availability. (Form to the right on desktop, below on mobile)
Step 2 - Jobsters uses your qualifications and experience to get you placed where you best fit.
Step 3 - As soon as there is a fitting position for you, Jobsters matches you with an employer and employment begins quickly!

Step 4 - Jobsters payrolls you as an employee on a weekly basis until/unless permanent employment arrangements are made in the future.
